MDB Works is a small, creative project built around the idea that meaningful moments deserve to exist beyond a screen.
We’re Monica and Bill. We're partners in life and now collaborators in making personalized, one-of-a-kind creations. MDB Works grew out of a shared desire to slow down, create intentionally, and turn moments people care about into something tangible they can hold, display, or gift.
Our Story
After years spent in demanding careers, we both found ourselves at a point of transition. Priorities shifted, life changed pace, and we realized we wanted to focus our time and energy on work that felt more personal and meaningful.
Monica brings a lifelong love of animals and hands-on creativity. Bill comes from a technical background, with a passion for building, problem-solving, and figuring out how ideas become reality. MDB Works is where those worlds meet. Creativity guided by care, supported by thoughtful design and process.
This isn’t about mass production or chasing trends. It’s about taking the time to do things right.
What We Do
At MDB Works, we specialize in small-batch, personalized creations. Our work often begins with a real photograph and turns it into something physical and lasting.

Personalized crafts created one at a time
We’re constantly experimenting, learning, and refining our process. Every piece we create is handled with care, attention to detail, and a respect for the memories behind it.
Meet Doris
MDB Works wouldn’t exist without Doris. She is our dog, creative inspiration, and unofficial studio supervisor. She’s been the subject of countless test prints and early experiments, and she’s a daily reminder of why personal moments matter as much as they do.
